The employees and pharmacist are great, helpful, very thorough, and also a very clean environment. The Pharmacist is spectacular, very informative and always friendly! They take the time to answer any questions you may have about your prescriptions. They are so professional and yet they show a personal concern for all their customers. They go above and beyond to know you and the pharmacist take the time to do all they can to help. I am so glad I found this new pharmacy. I would not have any other pharmacy, thank you so much Premier Family Pharmacy!

We couldn't understand the medical terminology in English, but he translated and explained it to us, which we were very impressed with. He was working alone, so we had to wait if there were other customers, but he was very kind and explained everything to us carefully.

We moved over to Premier Family Pharmacy about a year ago. We needed a specialty product and Payam had it. Not only that, he personally delivered it to or home after hours. Home delivery is not usually necessary but it was very much appreciated. The pharmacist, Payam, consistently delivers great customer service, filling prescriptions in a timely manner and at a competitive ( and usually lower) price. We are pleased to support this neighborhood pharmacy!

Great family-owned pharmacy in Torrance! The pharmacist Payam always works hard so we get our medication cheaper here than any of the other chain pharmacies. Really friendly service and personal (even with the birthday texts!) Overall highly recommend.

These rave reviews are spot on! I have never seen a pharmacist take such an interest in customer service, and make such an effort to give the best price possible. Payam went out of his way to get a coupon for a very expensive drug for my daughter, and filled it faster than any pharmacy I’ve ever used! He was just the best! Highest recommendation for him and his pharmacy!

Best customer service! This pharmacy wants to make customers’ lives easier! When our scheduled delivery did not arrive, the pharmacist himself drove to our home at 8:30 at night to correct the mistake. He did not tell me who he was (my husband assumed it was a delivery driver) but when I asked, he admitted he was the pharmacist. This told me everything I needed to know about the character of the owner of the company. He has never once let us down! He gives fantastic customer service and makes us feel like we are important to him:

This is my first time using Premier Pharmacy, and the service is excellent. Payam, the pharmacist was so professional, experienced and he was able to fill some very complicated prescriptions that other pharmacies including CVS and Walgreens could not locate. I am transferring all of my meds to this location. Fantastic service, excellent prices, and I can't say enough good things about this pharmacy. Just thankful I found them!

Excellent service at this pharmacy. I prefer to go here other than big-box name pharmacies for the personalized & quicker service. Payam, the owner is very friendly and efficient. Always greeting me by my first name and remembering what medications/prescriptions I am there for. Although they are not open on weekends, visiting during weekdays is not a problem with many parking spots in front. I highly recommend them!

Payam, owner and pharmacist here, is professional, kind, polite, and always helpful. He has gone out of his way, on several occasions, to check in with my doctor, regarding a prescription and find the best fit. Pickups and call-ins are easy and his pharmacy, a well run spot.

Payam of Premier Family Pharmacy is great and he goes above and beyond! I recently transferred my prescriptions to him from Walgreens. So glad I did! He actually went in on his day off to get my prescription taken care of because he was not able to get it to me sooner due to the holiday and a power outage (try getting that from Walgreens or CVS!). He also delivered it to me because I was not feeling well and couldn't drive.
