These rave reviews are spot on! I have never seen a pharmacist take such an interest in customer service, and make such an effort to give the best price possible. Payam went out of his way to get a coupon for a very expensive drug for my daughter, and filled it faster than any pharmacy I’ve ever used! He was just the best! Highest recommendation for him and his pharmacy!

This is my first time using Premier Pharmacy, and the service is excellent. Payam, the pharmacist was so professional, experienced and he was able to fill some very complicated prescriptions that other pharmacies including CVS and Walgreens could not locate. I am transferring all of my meds to this location. Fantastic service, excellent prices, and I can't say enough good things about this pharmacy. Just thankful I found them!

Best customer service! This pharmacy wants to make customers’ lives easier! When our scheduled delivery did not arrive, the pharmacist himself drove to our home at 8:30 at night to correct the mistake. He did not tell me who he was (my husband assumed it was a delivery driver) but when I asked, he admitted he was the pharmacist. This told me everything I needed to know about the character of the owner of the company. He has never once let us down! He gives fantastic customer service and makes us feel like we are important to him:

Payam, owner and pharmacist here, is professional, kind, polite, and always helpful. He has gone out of his way, on several occasions, to check in with my doctor, regarding a prescription and find the best fit. Pickups and call-ins are easy and his pharmacy, a well run spot.

Excellent service at this pharmacy. I prefer to go here other than big-box name pharmacies for the personalized & quicker service. Payam, the owner is very friendly and efficient. Always greeting me by my first name and remembering what medications/prescriptions I am there for. Although they are not open on weekends, visiting during weekdays is not a problem with many parking spots in front. I highly recommend them!

Payam of Premier Family Pharmacy is great and he goes above and beyond! I recently transferred my prescriptions to him from Walgreens. So glad I did! He actually went in on his day off to get my prescription taken care of because he was not able to get it to me sooner due to the holiday and a power outage (try getting that from Walgreens or CVS!). He also delivered it to me because I was not feeling well and couldn't drive.

I love this pharmacy! It is so convenient and friendly! They always have my medications in stock (HRT patch) which are difficult now days to have in stock. The staff is helpful and professional ... service is fast and reliable. Highly recommended!

Switching to Premier Family Pharmacy has been a breath of fresh air. I used to use big box pharmacies (think Rite Aid and later CVS) and finally threw in the towel after experiences getting refills or new prescriptions left me in tears on multiple occasions. I should have switched years ago. At this Pharmacy, the owner knows me by name. He always picks up my calls (or if I hit voicemail he immediately calls me back). He proactively calls me about medication refills. He calls my doctors (and doesn’t lie about it like CVS does). Every conversation is filled with “thank you” and “I appreciate your choosing us.” My medications are ready hours after my doctor prescribes them. Payam treats his clients like royalty and switching to his pharmacy has decreased my stress levels. The big brand pharmacies don’t care about you or your business. I think that when you need medication quickly and safely it’s important that someone does care. I’d urge anyone reading this to switch to their local small pharmacy and, if you live or work around Torrance, this pharmacy is a particularly good one!
